compensation: Private +300sq ft. room. Large enough to share. $750 p/month. 1 year lease.

Beautiful, naturally lit, quiet private room available on 8th Ave. above The Urban Juicer. We are located in the fast growing neighborhood btwn Woodland-in-Waverly and 12th Ave. South. Would like to share space w/a skilled, reliable, professional in my Organic Color Salon. These are the product companies I work with.

My salon employs one stylist. We are a wellness company using organic low-chemical/clean air products. We practice healthy lifestyles, have access to a massage therapist, and a Rosen Method therapist on site. The atmosphere is unique, creative, and fresh. MUST play well with others.
