Short Description

Two Treatment Rooms Available in Midtown Manhattan Wellness Center:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and weekends available.

Details:
Looking for an established healthcare professional (acupuncturist, massage therapist, physical therapist, nutritionist, etc.) to share newly renovated space. We have two treatment rooms, with a separate office and waiting area where water and tea are available for clients. The rooms are fully furnished with massage tables, music, linens, chairs, stools and a hydroculator in one room. Bathrooms located right down the hall. The space is quaint, clean and quiet with natural light. The building has a 24-hour doorman and elevators. Current copy of malpractice insurance (if applicable) and premises liability required.

Renting one room:
One day per week- $450/ month
Two days per week- $850/ month
Three days per week- $1,250/ month

*Multiple days/rooms discount negotiable. Laundry not included.
Utilities and cleaning included. Doorman elevator building.
