Short Description

6+ year old acupuncture practice in San Francisco's busy financial district. I will be moving out of state this year and would like to transition the practice between July 15 and Aug 15. Established clientele with focus in women's health (including fertility). There is a history of being a group practice so clients are accustomed to seeing different practitioners. 

Beautiful space with 2 treatment rooms, large waiting area, granule and supplement pharmacy. Remedy is located in a historic building with a view of the bay. Currently average 20-25 patients /week in 22 clinic hours. (I also see patients on-site). Option for up to 37 clinic hours. Option to sign lease with the building, sublet, or change to your own downtown address. Great online and word of mouth reputation. 
Asking 1 year net income, based on an average of the past 2. I will provide profit and loss statement with detailed income and expense records for this location.
