Job Description

Flexible schedule, you can work as little or as much as you want. We have a steady flow of new and established patients and can build your practice quickly. Compensation is based on a generous split arrangement. How much you make is dependent on how much you are willing to work and how much energy you put into establishing yourself in the community. It is recommended you be willing to commit to at least 3 days a week of work.

A relaxed environment, we generally see 2 patients an hour. We are a busy practice but we enjoy spending time with our patients to develop an individualized treatment plan with herbal, diet and lifestyle recommendations. We often incorporate body work and other healing modalities into each treatment.

We supply most of the patients, all marketing (website, business cards, etc.), acupuncture supplies (within reason), herb and supplement inventory, and furnished treatment rooms. We have a part-time receptionist three days a week, so you should be capable of answering the phone, calling your new patients to confirm their appointments, checking in and out your patients, and be competent in using our practice management software (for which we will provide training).

Waiting room is a great space for hosting workshops and classes if you have the interest. We currently offer a biannual cleanse, meditation workshops and a seasonal allergy class.

If you are a new practitioner or one that has been struggling with the business side of running a practice, this is an excellent opportunity for mentorship. I am happy to show you what I have done that has worked and encourage you to sit in on my new patient appointments to gain an understanding of how to set clear boundaries and expectations so that your patient retention is high. I am willing to provide one on one coaching if desired.

Qualifications

What we need from you:
