Founded 34 years ago, Five Branches University – Graduate School of Traditional Chinese
Medicine is one of the leading colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the U.S. The

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant sits at the center of the campus, a platform to learn about and assist with the major functions of the university.



We are seeking a candidate who enjoys greeting and assisting people, in person, on the phone, and via email. You value professionalism, excellent service, integrity, compassion, teamwork, and have a positive attitude. You have excellent people and computer skills, are accurate and detail oriented, have excellent communication and writing skills, and have good references.



We offer a positive environment where highly experienced faculty, leaders in their healthcare specializations offer the highest levels of acupuncture, Western medicine and herbal medicine education, and healthcare, and where dedicated students are learning Traditional Chinese Medicine to become Licensed Acupuncturists and Herbalists.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree

  • Bilingual in Chinese/English for speaking, reading, and writing
