I will be moving out of the country at the end of the year and am looking for someone to take over my thriving practice in Blairsville, Georgia!About the practice: I rent space in a medical suite with three separate units. The landlord is the chiropractor next door. He has been in the area for a long time, is well respected, appreciates Chinese Medicine, and sends a lot of clients my way. There is a reflexologist located in the 3rd suite. The suite that I use has 3 treatment rooms (one is used by an excellent massage therapist that has been a pleasure to work with), a reception area with a built in desk, a hallway with shelving for herbs etc, and a bathroom. Rent is $250 a month to use the space for 2-3 days a week and cleaning/utilities are included! My schedule has been consistently full for the four years that I have been practicing in the area and I currently have a waiting list for new clients. I am the only licensed acupuncturist in an hour drive radius!
