Job Description

There are 3 beautiful upstairs treatment rooms available in our Medical Center.

Each room is furnished as appropriate for the practitioners using the room, and may or may not be shared.

All-inclusive, top-notch rooms can be rented either full time, half time, or in half-day shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours per week to start.

Room rent includes all utilities, wifi, reception service, regular professional cleaning and landscaping, website presence, print and online advertising, cold calls and internal referrals.

We have a great reputation and very high visibility.  If you practice with us, you'll likely build a practice quickly.

All types of holitic practitioners will be considered.

Short Description

Rent breakdown is based on the number of hours practitioners rent space.
Typically, we have half day shifts and all day shifts. Of the half day shifts, morning shifts, start any time in the morning and go until 2pm, and afternoon shifts begin at 2:30pm and end any time at night. For one half day shift per week, it is $160 per month. For example, if a practitioner works one morning or afternoon shift each week, rent is $160 per month.

An all day shift allows exclusive room use for a full day, which is $290 (rather than $320 for two half day shifts) per month. We give breaks on rent to those who rent more shifts. If someone rents more than 5 shifts, we give $25 off per shift after that. Also, for new renters, we give a 10% discount for the first 3 months, as practitioners build their practice here. We ask that renters have a minimum of 4 shifts or 20 hours per week to start (although, this is negotiable as long as renters intend to add more shifts in the near future).
