Job Description

Ashland Acupuncture offers a turn-key business with opportunity for you to grow an abundant practice. The practice is ready to grow with an infusion of new energy and vision. The Rogue Valley has a growing health-conscious populaton. Currently, patients come to the clinic from around the Rogue Valley, from Grants Pass (a 45 minute drive), and from Yreka and Mt. Shasta in Northern California.

Ashland Acupuncture has been at it’s current location since 2010, with fantastic landlords. The clinic is in a newer building and is 960 square-feet. It is in the heart the much-desired Railroad district of Ashland with nearby yoga studios, professionals, a coffee shop, and a park. It’s only a few blocks away from the Ashland Food Coop, downtown Ashland, and excellent restaurants.

The clinic is decorated with beautiful Asian decor and offers an open, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. Out the back windows are views of the sky and hills.

It has a reception area with reception desk, herb room, bathroom, and three rooms. Two rooms are currently used for acupuncture and are sublet to two massage therapists. The larger front room is currently sublet to two licensed therapists. There is a small open space at the back of the clinic. The entire clinic is wheelchair accessible. There is parking both in front and back of the building.

Current owner will facilitate the transition, including interaction with the landlords to transfer over current lease terms. Current owner is part of a networking group and would support new owner in joining and will share other networking connections and opportunities. Current owner is also willing to stay on for a limited time to facilitate patient transition and be available to consult with regarding clinic and systems transition.
