I earned a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute in 1998 and have been in private practice since then on the Monterey Peninsula. I pursued advanced studies in orthopedics and became a diplomate of the National Board of Acupuncture Orthopedics in 1999. In 2000, I was appointed an Acupuncturist Qualified Medical Evaluator by the State of California.

I specialize in applying acupuncture to alleviate pain and promote healing of musculoskeletal conditions. Acupuncture also encourages physiological balance throughout the body so it benefits a broad range of health concerns.
As a wellness coach, I love helping clients customize their lifestyle to enhance their health and well-being. I am uniquely qualified to support those who want to move towards a whole foods, plant-centered diet. This type of diet reduces chronic inflammation and optimizes nutrition, boosting vitality throughout the body.
