Cathryn Davidson, L.Ac, M.Ac, has been working at Lokahi since April, 2015.
Cathryn specializes in treating women’s health concerns, with a particular focus on reproductive and fertility challenges. She helps support women throughout their fertility journey, including pregnancy and postpartum. Cathryn treats a wide range of issues, including endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), unexplained infertility, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual cycles), irregular menstrual cycles, hormone imbalances, stress, anxiety, and sleep issues.

It is her goal to help every person feel agency in their health care; to be seen, heard, and respected for who they are in their own unique challenges.

Cathryn started studying alternative healing when she was 10 years old and raided her mother’s library for books on herbal wildcrafting. When an injury retired her from professional dancing, Cathryn turned to acupuncture, and found not only relief from pain, but a path and purpose in life.

Cathryn completed an undergraduate program at Naropa University in Boulder, CO in 2005 where she created her own major on the intersection of ecopsychology, ritual, and traditional healing. Cathryn graduated from Five Branches University, completing a Masters in Acupuncture in 2010. She joined the Five Branches doctoral program in 2013 with a focus on Women’s Health and Fertility.

Cathryn spends her free time cooking, baking, meal planning, researching food, and reading cookbooks. She also enjoys sewing, hiking, rock climbing, and playing board games with her family. Currently, Cathryn is working on creating a fertility coaching program to guide women through the often overwhelming world of trying to conceive.
