Cara’s passion is rooted in the way plants show us how to live in greater harmony with nature, leading us to greater personal and communal health. Cara loves to share her knowledge about herbal medicine and healthy eating to empower her patients for greater well-being. Cara’s studies began in 2002 while studying botany and plant medicines from around the world. Learning about the indigenous wisdom involved in plant medicine put Cara on the path to studying Traditional Chinese Medicine.
