Stephen Kaplan, MS, L.Ac, LMT is board certified with the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) to practice both Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Massage Therapy.
Mr. Kaplan began his 5 year Post graduate education at The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy, New York City, 1992-1993, where he developed a strong foundation in muscuo-skeletal pain relief. He then continued for four years to obtain a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at The Five Branches Institute Of Chinese Medicine, Santa Cruz, Ca, 1993-1997. There he trained in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Qi Gong Meditation & Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan exercise therapy.
