Dr. Chunming (Bruce) Hsiao is a licensed Acupuncturist in California and New York, a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine certified by the NCCAOM, and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner in British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Hsiao earned his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University and his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose, California. In addition to serving patients at BCH Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine near Irvine, California, Dr. Hsiao volunteered for many years at Lestonnac Free Clinic in Orange, providing acupuncture care to underserved communities.
Known for his patient-centered, compassionate approach, Dr. Hsiao specializes in scalp acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture for complex and chronic conditions. His treatment philosophy combines traditional Chinese medicine with individualized care to help patients achieve optimal health and long-term wellness. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Hsiao offers acupressure, cupping therapy, and gua sha, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of every patient.
