About the Employer

Dr. Fengli Lan received a PhD in Chinese medicine after 11 years of full time education and training at Hebei Medical University and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and their affiliated hospitals, and accomplished her postdoctoral research project sponsored by China Postdoctoral Scientific Foundation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a top university in China. She studied with top TCM experts and scholar acupuncturists including National TCM masters and the National Inheritor of Intangible Culture Heritage. Acupuncture & Moxibustion,  has gained extensive experiences in teaching, practice and research of Chinese medicine over 30+ years, published 36 peer-reviewed journal papers & 24 books on Acupuncture, Gynecology, Mental & Emotional Disorders, methodology of Chinese Medicine, etc. Dr. Lan has been in private practice for 5+ years, and has been honored as the "Best of Scotts Valley"  since 2022. She has patients with a variety of health issues, like pain, women’s health, skin issues, mental and emotional disorders, etc. She shares a big office with an MD at 5403 Scotts Valley Dr. Suite A, Scotts Valley, CA 95066, which is about 18 min drive from FBU Santa Cruz Campus or  36 min drive from FBU San Jose Campus. Job Description

Dr. Fengli Lan is now looking to add experienced and compassionate Massage Therapists to her practice. She values a positive and supportive work environment and foster a culture of personal and professional growth. Position Perks: - Part-time work schedule, easily accommodating with your school schedule  - Work in an acupuncture office honored by the locals as "the Best of Scotts Valley" since 2022 - Employee discounts for all the services and products - Start from May 1st! ! Base salary $60/hour; 2 hours of work or $120 as the starting point to work

Qualifications

Position Requirements: -Certified massage therapist, CAMTC (California Massage Therapy Council) Certified -Three or more years of experience preferred -Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures -Training and extensive knowledge of Deep Tissue Massage and/or Chinese Tuina -Reliable cell service/internet connection to receive booking notifications - Be available one to two afternoons a week, occasionally Saturdays
