Job Description

Licensed Acupuncturist

Alleviate Health Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Acupuncturist (or recent graduate eligible for California licensure) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic that specializes in pain management, workers' compensation, and integrative healthcare.

As an Acupuncturist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality acupuncture care to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their overall well-being. You will work alongside massage therapists and administrative staff in a supportive environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and health assessments.
Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans.
Provide safe, effective acupuncture treatments based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic patient documentation.
Educate patients on treatment plans, self-care, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
Adhere to California acupuncture regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications

Current California Acupuncture License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with workers' compensation patients is a plus but not required.
