Short Description

Room for rent in office near Downtown Campbell, available June 1.
Minimum rent is $500, but for $725 the room can be yours 24/7. There is also the possibility, now or in the future, to share one of my treatment rooms on my off days (Tues/Fri/Sat).
I am a fertility/prenatal/Gyn acupuncturist in practice for 20 years, 15 in this office. My other (long term) renter is a Chiropractor specializing in prenatal and infants with a mix of general chiropractic. We are laid-back and casual, there is no front desk person, and we refer within the office a lot (I refer to other acupuncturists outside my specialties all the time, this could be you!).
This is a great situation for someone with a smaller or beginning practice or who enjoys spending more time with each patient.
You would need your own malpractice and “slip & fall” insurance, and a Campbell business license (approx.. $120/year).
