Key Qualifications:
1. Fluency in English and Exceptional Communication: our clinic requires fluency in
English and outstanding communication skills. We are seeking an individual with a
lively and engaging personality who can proactively connect with patients, nurture
positive relationships, and contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of
our clinic.
2. Expertise in Explaining Acupuncture Principles: The ideal candidate should have
the ability to professionally and clearly explain the principles of acupuncture and
its effectiveness in treating various health conditions to patients. You will play a
pivotal role in encouraging and guiding patients to actively participate in their
treatment plans and effectively promote your services. Be able to educate patients
with western medicine terminology.
3. Patient Retention Skills: Demonstrated ability to cultivate patient loyalty is
essential. You should excel at engaging patients actively, ensuring their
commitment to and completion of their treatment plans.
4. Sense of Responsibility: Taking ownership of the clinic's growth and success is a
core requirement. You should be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues
in your work, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement, and
contributing to the clinic's overall profitability.
5. Effective Time Management: Clear time management skills are imperative for
this role. You should be capable of providing treatments punctually and ensuring
seamless transitions between appointments.
6.Clinical Expertise: Preferred candidates will have expertise in one or two
specialized clinical treatment areas, showcasing a commitment to providing
diverse and comprehensive care to our patients

Short Description

- Valid license as an acupuncturist in the state of VA, will take out of state
applicants with an intention to become licensed and move to the area within the
next few weeks.
- Be able to educate patients with western medicine terminology
- Be qualified to provide herbal medicine.
