About the Employer

Westside Healing Arts Center is home to two full time acupuncturists, massage therapists, doulas, and psycho therapists.
We have two treatment rooms available for rent by day or by month. We provide ample free parking, waiting and reception area, kitchen and bathroom, supplies, janitorial, wi-fi, filtered water, and utilities are included.

Job Description

This is a very quiet and peaceful space. Conveniently located near UCSC and across from the Abbey Coffee shop.
An ideal place to grow your practice.

Qualifications

Current license to practice in California required.
Tenants provide their own liability insurance.

Short Description

Westside Healing Arts Center is in its 3rd decade! We have two treatment rooms available for rent either daily (2 day minimum) or monthly.
Room 5 is available any day (except for Monday) and rents for $160/day (for example this is the price for all Tuesdays that fall within the month).
The monthly rate would be $800.
Room 4 rents for $170/day or $850/month
Room 3 is $180/day or $900/month
