Job Description

Join our team of healers supporting women’s health

We are a growing integrative health center based in Santa Rosa, CA that offers acupuncture, and adjunctly naturopathic medicine and massage therapy.

The Company: Flourish Integrative Health specializes in fertility treatments, women’s health, pregnancy, family medicine, and emotional balancing using a variety of healing techniques and is known for the great care we take with patients and employees alike.

The Position: We’re looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist to start in May with half a day a week, as well as subbing for two existing acupuncturists, then working up to one or two days in June as one practitioner goes on maternity leave. Possibility for full time in the future. Three years experience of licensure preferred. Women's health and fertility experience a must.

Qualifications

-Licensed Acupuncturist for 2-3 years preferred
-Someone who prefers working as part of a team
-Valid Malpractice Insurance
-Can work Fridays and possibly Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday
-Wants to grow with the company. Position starts at Part time but can grow into full time.

Short Description

-Love being an Acupuncturist and a willingness to learn
-A speciality or interest in women’s health, pediatrics, digestion, sports medicine, or other
-People skills, a compassionate and positive presence and a collaborative working style is a must for the position
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Is detail-oriented
-Available to work Friday and possibly Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday
-Knowledge of Word and Excel
-Is proactive and self-motivated AND works well in a team
-Timeliness and cleanliness

Responsibilities Include:

-Excellent and compassionate patient care from start to finish
-Communicating with and reporting to the team on any shared patients
-Team meetings once a month

Compensation:
DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
