Further support to family wellness is offered through midwifery, naturopathy, massage, and mind-body therapies that provide an alternative approach to balance and wellness. Our in-house Farmacy hosts a custom herbal apothecary, small-batch ethically sourced products, and full range of supplements.

Job Description

This person will use acupuncture, Traditional Chinese herbal remedies, lifestyle and nutritional suggestions, and manual therapies within the scope of the California Acupuncture licensing board. We are hiring for an orthopedic or sports medicine specialized acupuncturist to work with this dynamic active community. This person will also demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team setting with a variety of practitioners of various modalities in a cohesive manner to provide exceptional quality care.

Part-time, days and times may change due to the demands of the practice.

Part-time exempt employee $30-35 DOE plus commission. Discounts on products & services & free acupuncture. Accrued PTO and paid holidays. Enrolled 3% match retirement plan after probationary period. Potential for bonuses.

Hourly employee with Elevate Wellness & Acupuncture Center, PC.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week

Qualifications

California Licensed Acupuncturist
Minimum of 1 year with hands-on experience as a practicing acupuncturist and/or orthopedic or sports medicine specialized acupuncturist.
Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Specialized training or interest in orthopedic acupuncture.
Able to maintain excellent patient records and follow billing standards.
Optimum Credentialed and Acu-care Credentialed a plus.
Excellent bedside manner and patient care standards.
Enjoys working in a team environment and thrives on collaboration in their practice.
Able to recommend supplements and products from our in-house Farmacy.
