East Bay Acupuncture is an integrative acupuncture clinic focusing on reproductive health. Most of our clients come to us for support for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and all things hormone-related.

Job Description

Interested in joining an acupuncture practice that focuses on reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care? Great at treating pain? Have more specialties to share and grow into? We want to meet you!
We are looking for a committed, grounded, and compassionate acupuncturist to join our team. The position starts at 2 shifts a week with room to grow. We see 3 people an hour and use great time management skills.

This is an employee position with an hourly rate plus commission.

Qualifications

1-2 years post-licensure experience
Carry your own malpractice insurance
Willing to make a one-year commitment
Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
Must be available and willing to work Monday and Thursday afternoon/evening shifts with the possibility of a third shift once your shifts fill up.
AVAILABILITY & DISPOSITION
Ability to make patients feel safe and comfortable during acupuncture treatments
Ability to center clients and give them space to be heard and cared for.
Interested in collaboration but also able to work independently.
Value your self-care and well-being as the foundation for caring for others.
Are committed, punctual, and reliable.
Are a great listener and have a compassionate presence for our clients.
Willingness to learn and implement new techniques and treatment protocols
Commit to writing one blog post per month
Confident in presenting and selling services and products
Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-approved attire
TECHNOLOGY
Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, practice management software, and email management
Ability to work independently processing payments and rescheduling as needed.
Exceptional time management and ability to treat multiple patients per hour while running on time.
