About the Employer

Felek Acupuncture is a woman-owned, community-focused Chinese medicine clinic that has been serving Albany and the surrounding East Bay since 2016. Our mission is to help patients restore physical, mental, and emotional balance so they can move through life with greater ease and vitality.
We’re a small, supportive team of three acupuncturists and one administrative assistant, and we share our peaceful, sunlit space with massage therapists, a Reiki practitioner, and another acupuncturist. In addition to acupuncture and herbal medicine, we offer weekly meditation and Qi Gong classes and host regular community wellness events.

Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, high-energy licensed acupuncturist with a passion for helping people and deepening their skills in Chinese medicine. This is a part-time position with set shifts on:
- Monday afternoons (2pm–6pm)
- Tuesday mornings (9am–1pm)
- Saturdays (timing flexible)
You’ll treat two patients per hour—enough time to build meaningful relationships and provide thoughtful, high-quality care.
What We Provide:

- Full administrative support: scheduling, billing, and credentialing

- Supportive onboarding, including training on JaneApp EHR

Responsibilities:
- Provide acupuncture and prescribe Chinese herbal medicine
- Offer adjunct therapies like cupping and gua sha, as needed
- Chart patient visits using JaneApp (training available)
- Help monitor and maintain herb and office supply inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space

Pay & Benefits:

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Current California Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required)
- Active malpractice insurance
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using EHR systems
- Strong communication skills and professional integrity
