Job Description

We’re seeking an acupuncturist who prioritizes compassion, grit and hard work, creativity and courage as main tools for providing excellent healthcare and building strong rapport with patients. Our ideal candidate is willing to learn and practice our clinic’s specific treatment protocols and is comfortable treating multiple patients (preferably two patients per hour). We are also on a mission to provide exceptional care through an exceptional work life balance. Our goal is for all employees to work a productive 4 days a week and thrive the rest of their week.

Sweet Grass Acu offers multiple modalities including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and gua-sha.

Becoming a Sweetgrass Acupuncture Practitioner means you will join a growing practice with a primary acupuncturist and a remote administrative assistant/scheduler.

DETAILS:
• Our compensation model for clinicians is a W-2 straight commission on treatments performed, which means you will have freedom to set your own income. Pay is commission based at $40-$80 hour, plus 25% commission on herbs, supplements and topicals.
• SGA will pay for the practitioner’s first year of Wyoming license and provide a moving stipend if applicable.
• Practitioner will start with one room, with a second available as practice grows.
• All supplies and marketing provided by the business.
• This is a long term opportunity for someone who does not want to own a business but enjoys being an empowered employee.
• Growth opportunities at the clinic include group acupuncture, microneedling or traveling to more rural clinics.
