Owned by Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist, Dr. Allison Serrano, Monterey Natural Wellness is a thriving integrative clinic offering Naturopathic Medicine, IV therapy, and Acupuncture all under one roof. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized care for our patients in a warm and professional setting. Our team is passionate about natural medicine, whole-body wellness, and supporting our community in living healthier lives.

We are currently not accepting new acupuncture patients due to Dr. Serrano’s fully booked schedule, but we’re eager to add a skilled practitioner to meet the strong demand for this service.

Job Description

We seek an enthusiastic, professional, and friendly acupuncturist to join our team part-time, with the option to grow to full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and committed to patient-centered care. The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time if desired. We prioritize work-life balance and view full-time up to 4 days per week.

• Enthusiastic about natural health and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in California, with current certification.
• Strong interest in integrative medicine and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
