Pulse Community Care is a Chinese Medicine clinic built on integrity, collaboration, and whole-person healing. We are seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist with herbal training to join our team in downtown Silver Spring, MD

Job Description

We are looking for detail oriented, team players that can handle a fast-paced but supportive environment. Must be willing to work Private AND Community shifts. Private shifts see up to 2 patients per hour. Community shifts see up to 4 patients per hour. Please only apply if you can handle the pace!

Pay & Benefits:
· IC position
To Start:
· $48/hour for private shifts
· 10% commission on products sold
· 40% of community shift revenue
After 6 month orientation period:
· Orientation review
· Raise to 35-40% of private shift revenue
· 40% of community shift revenue
· 10% commission on products sold
· $350 yearly CEU Reimbursement
· Retention Bonus
· Year-End Bonus, dependent on team/clinic performance
Clinic Support Provided:
· Front desk staff to manage scheduling, billing, patient flow
· All treatment supplies provided
· In-house herbal dispensary
· Supportive Onboarding and training
· Employee discounts on services, herbs, and products

Qualifications

• Have an active acupuncture license in the state of Maryland
• Must utilize all modes of Chinese medicine to treat patients (acupuncture, moxibustion, granular Chinese herbs, gua sha, fire cupping, electro and so on)
• Always make the patients feel welcome, safe, understood and be a team player.
