Cindi Ignatovsky, L.Ac.

Cindi has been involved in Chinese Medicine since 1997. She graduated at the top of her class from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, CA, where she earned her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. At Five Branches, she interned in gynecology under Sharon Feng, MD, OMD, L.Ac. (former Chief of Residents, OB/GYN, at Shanghai Medical Hospital, China). After graduation, Cindi worked for several years with Dr. Misha Cohen, OMD, L.Ac., an internationally recognized expert in the areas of TCM and HIV, Hepatitis C, and gynecology.

Cindi has completed advanced Obstetrics training with Raven Lang, L.Ac., a leading expert in TCM Obstetrics and one of the first midwives in California, and has studied with Debra Betts, Dip. Ac., BHSc, a leading expert on the use of prenatal acupuncture, acupuncture for repeat miscarriage, and supervisor for the New Zealand School of Acupuncture at the Lower Hutt Hospital Antenatal Acupuncture Clinic. She also has completed Level 1 & 2 training with Claudia Citkovitz, MS, L.Ac., one of the nation’s foremost authorities on the use of acupuncture during labor and delivery. Cindi is an active member of Norcal Fertility Group, a coalition of Chinese medicine practitioners with advanced training in reproductive care for men and women, from pre-conception to delivery.
