Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Setting up/Closing down Office Answering Phones
Scheduling Appointments Managing Patient Flow

Patient Billing/Receiving/Scheduling
Keeping Office & Treatment Rooms clean and ready for use
Inventory Management
Patient Emails
Emails to Team Members
Dish and Tools washer
Filing
Writing letters
Data entry

Medical Billing: phone calls, data entry, and other Misc. Tasks

Reliable, punctual, dependable
Friendly, People Person
Professional appearance
Excellent communication skills- oral, written
Planning & Organizational skills - able to prioritize & uses time efficiently Experience in Customer Service or as a Receptionist
Excellent Computer Skills - Proficient in Windows, Word, Internet Multi-Tasking a Must
Takes initiative, anticipates
