East West Natural Medicine Center was founded in 1985, and provides comprehensive integrative care to the Central Coast. We specialize in acupuncture for pain/orthopedic conditions and fertility support. We also provide integrative medical care for digestive health, thyroid conditions, autoimmune diseases, women's health/hormones and cardiometabolic conditions. Our medicinary includes a wide array Chinese herbal granules, customizable Western herbal tinctures, and various supplements and herbal products.

Job Description

East West Natural Medicine Center is seeking an LAc or ND/LAc to join our very busy, established practice. Interest in pain/orthopedics and fertility/women’s health is preferred. Our clinic thrives primarily based on word-of-mouth. We currently have three ND/LAcs whose practices are full with a wait list. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a busy practice, with lots of room to grow with support and mentorship. Newer grads welcome.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be passionate about acupuncture and Chinese herbs, and interested in working collaboratively in an integrative medical setting. Candidates should be open to practicing orthopedic acupuncture and acupuncture for fertility support (e.g. during IVF cycles), though there is plenty of room for individual styles as well. While our clinic has a wait list and can help to build up a new practice, practitioners should be self-motivated and willing to work to build their own business.

Short Description

Job opening is available now, though new grads are welcome to apply.
Job will start at 2 days per week, with possibility of extending to more days if desired.
Candidates should be comfortable running two rooms at a time, seeing up to 10 patients per day.
Compensation ranges from around $60-120 per hour depending on the service provided.
