I've been in practice 30 years and at the same office 27 years.  I would like to transition to someone who will take care of the dear people and families I've known.  This is a concierge style practice, taking time for individuals.  Strong connections with Stanford, PAMF, and local chiropractors and other healthcare providers.  I've also worked with several NIH studies and have connections for you.

The Setting
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Los Altos and San Carlos are
situated between San Francisco to the north and San Jose to the south
and are just a few miles from Stanford University. Each community
has a population of just over 30,000, with easy access to much of the
larger San Francisco and San Jose Metropolitan Areas—6.5 million
people. At the epicenter of the high-tech industry and the mid-point
of the beautiful San Francisco Peninsula, Los Altos and San Carlos are
known for their great climate and profound sense of community. They
are also known for their exceptional climate, with an average of 255
sunny days per year. Los Altos and San Carlos have also won numerous

For 27 years, the main clinic for sale in Los Altos has been located in

Patient Demographics
Real Health is a non-specialty practice, seeing everything from
subclinical and acute orthopedic conditions to chronic issues that have
not responded to other medical interventions. Current specialties
include digestive problems, women's health issues, fertility, allergies,
pain, and stress.
The patient population has spanned from infants to great grandparents
and everyone in between. That said, the majority of the current patient
load consists of women between the ages of 25 and 60. Many patients
are high-earning professionals who are associated with local tech
companies and nearby Stanford University. Most continue to come in
for maintenance on a consistent basis, and nearly all patients pay in full
at time of service. Almost no insurance billing!
Given the owner’s long history in the area, almost all patients are
referred by word-of-mouth, and some come through the practice’s
online presence and exceptional reputation. The current owner is
happy to provide years of past calendars to prove consistent patient
volume.
Modalities Utilized
The current owner employs Zang-Fu and channel theory diagnosis and
treatment methodologies, as well as Richard Tan’s Balance Method,
Master Tung points, and some Kiiko Matsumoto/Japanese
Acupuncture techniques. Cupping and moxibustion are used as
appropriate. A large part of the practice also involves Qigong. About
a third of patients are prescribed herbal medicines.

average of income and adjusted* expenses from 2019-2021. Note that
the current owner has office hours two days per week in the Los Altos
office and takes up to four weeks off per year.
