COOR Wellness, a holistic wellness center in Grand Junction Colorado, is looking to team with other natural health care providers. We are specifically looking for an acupuncturist to rent a treatment room.Job Description
COOR Wellness is looking to share its space with additional natural Healthcare Providers. We have two private treatment rooms plus a 600 square foot fitness studio available.COOR Wellness is located in beautiful Western Colorado and has affordable living (by Colorado standards), lots of hiking and mountain biking trails and over 300 days of blue skies and sunshine. Recently, Mesa County was featured in the New York Times for it’s extremely low levels of COVID19. Work and play year round! The building was fully renovated in the Fall of 2016. Has central air conditioning, an excellent new heater, new windows and insulation, comfortable carpet with padding, and medical grade electrical. We have an entrance and exit to be compliant with the COVID-19 regulations.
The renter will share space with an ethical chiropractor who doesn't oversell unnecessary Chiropractic services and an established massage therapist who has a full clientele.
The ideal renter is one of the following:
1) A deep tissue massage therapist, Rolfer or structural integration specialist
2) A personal trainer - especially if they use suspension straps and work with clients between 45 and 65 years of age
3) A chiropractor looking for low overhead
4) An acupuncturist
5) A psychologist
6) A physical therapist
The treatment rooms rent for $350 with current artwork. Without the artwork, it will be $300.
The gym is $250 per month for unlimited access from 5 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 11 pm. The gym will need to be shared between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the $250 rate.
For the exclusive use of the gym from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. the rate is $600.
Renters will need to have professional licenses in good standing, provided two references and a CBI background check.

Dr. Christianson, our chiropractor, and creator of COOR Wellness want his patients to have access to natural treatment options at his facility but wants the providers to have autonomy on how they practice.Currently, we have 2 beautiful treatment rooms available for rent, and finding an acupuncturist is a high priority.
