THE CLINIC
-4 rooms total shared by other practitioners so you would likely have another practitioner working alongside you in the space
-We value respectfully quiet voices
-Entire clinic is freshly painted in calming designer colors and has soft halogen dimmable lighting - clients always comment on how beautiful and relaxing this space is
-Whole clinic including all rooms get cleaning twice per week
-Reception desk, reception area, ADA bathroom, private office, hallway sink/microwave tea station, filtered hot water, full sized fridge with freezer and storage room are shared
-Waiting area is currently limited to 2 seats due to COVID rules, however there is a covered outdoor bench just outside the front door that can be used as additional waiting space
-Waiting in car is also convenient as the parking lot is just outside the door
-Clinic has both private monitored parking lot and street parking available

Job Description

ROOMS AVAILABLE

-1-2 rooms available 1-7 days per week negotiable depending on your needs; rent is based on the number of days per week you need the room(s) and whether you prefer to share the room(s) or have a dedicated room
-9ft x 10ft completely private with natural light from windows that open and have beautiful rice paper window coverings
-Each room has a dedicated sink with hot water
-Rooms are furnished with massage tables with heated covers, chair, stool, storage shelves, storage cabinet, tasteful artwork, and HEPA air filter, but can be rented unfurnished if preferred
-Rental of rooms includes utilities and internet, and liability insurance

Qualifications

YOU
-The space is ideal for friendly professionals who work quietly 1:1 with their clients
-Modalities such as acupuncture, reiki, naturopathy, osteopathy, massage therapy, body work, or any other quiet healing modality would be ideal
-You must have the necessary licenses to practice in California, a San Carlos business permit, and malpractice insurances
-We expect that you would follow recommended COVID precautions including symptom screening, COVID release form, temperature checks, hand sanitizing on entry, contactless payment, proper sanitizing between patients, etc.
