We are LOOKING for the right candidate who might be interesting in taking over her very lucrative existing practice. The Clinic is actively being marketed nationwide for sale – but, for the right candidate we would be willing to discuss extremely flexible terms. Our goal is to make sure our patients are left in good hands; and then help someone build on what we have built and establish for themselves a very lucrative practice.

In additional to traditional and SBA financing, for the right person (meaning someone that will care for the health of her patients and the reputation of the Clinic), the seller will be willing to hold a loan and/or other terms.
