About the Employer

We are thrilled to be expanding our busy clinic this year and would like you to join our San Francisco location of Golden Point Acupuncture. This is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving practice without needing to run the business side of a clinic. Our patient population is comprised of appreciative, healthy, alternatively minded people interested in the preventative side of the medicine just as much as acute therapies. We are looking to hire a third acupuncturist to join our team of two Kiiko Matsumoto based practitioners. We’d love you to have some background with Kiiko Matsumoto or other Japanese styles and/ or an eagerness to learn. Training and mentorship with KMS are available with this role from the owner. This serene clinic is solely an acupuncture location on a quiet residential street with a back garden in Lower Pacific Heights district and within a couple blocks of Japantown. Being centrally located in the city, public transit is very accessible with many restaurants nearby.

Job Description

Acupuncturist Role: -Eager to be in the profession and continue learning -Preferably at least 2 years of acupuncture practice under your belt. All levels of experience encouraged to apply. -Interest in specializing that aligns with your passions -Superb bed-side manner with care and compassion -Previous experience in customer service to bring to the role -Eager to be part of a team-based practice and potentially sharing cases -Quick to learn -Comfortable working with EMR and Quickbooks online -Brings time management skills to be able to work in 2 rooms at a time, with potential to grow to 3 rooms. -Able to work 2-4 days per week Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday   Advantages of role: -Be part of a busy San Francisco clinic in lower pacific heights district with a continual lead of new patients -Mentorship from owner of clinic with 11 years of experience working with KMS -Having a full schedule right away helping to cover the owner’s patient load while she goes on sabbatical for 3 months. -Wonderful easy to work with staff -Office management in place with office manager who may work with you at reception -Great compensation for Bay area and dependent upon experience -Financial contribution towards CEUs
