Five Branches University is a leading college of Traditional Chinese offering ten graduate and postgraduate programs in Traditional Chinese Medicine. These include the 4-year dual-degree Doctor and Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine degree program that leads to licensure; and a postgraduate 2-year Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program.
With campuses in Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley, the University serves 400 students with over 100 faculty, many world-renowned experts in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Job Description
The Instructional Technology Specialist is in charge of integrating technology to accelerate learning outcomes for all students. Works for our University’s teaching team and collaborates with the Information Technology (IT) team as well as the Knowledge Management (KM) team to serve student and staff needs.
Provides information and assistance to faculty and staff using IT equipment and software; Provides training and workshops for individuals or small groups on a number of topics dealing with technology and course work delivery. Provides leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining high quality technology integration into teaching and learning throughout all educational settings to support teachers in enhancing instruction, improve student performance, and assist students in becoming technologically savvy.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Computer Science or Instructional Technology
Fluent in English and Chinese
You enjoy assisting people
