Job DescriptionWe need an office administrator to work every Tuesday and Wednesday. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and has excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments
- Insurance Verification
- Insurance Billing
- Data Entry
- General clinic needs such as ordering supplies, checking inventory, etc.
QualificationsKnowledge and Experience
- Strong computer skills (clinic runs on a paperless computer system)
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Prior work experience in a medical office is a plus but not needed
Short DescriptionPart-Time Position Tuesdays and Wednesday, 10am - 6pm Option to add more hours in future Compensation $20 per hour
