About the Employer

We are a busy acupuncture clinic specializing in women's health, fertility, pain management, and chronic conditions.

Job Description

We need an office administrator to work every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and emails

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Processing payments

  • Insurance Verification

  • Insurance Billing

  • Data Entry

  • General clinic needs such as ordering supplies, checking inventory, etc.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong computer skills (clinic runs on a paperless computer system)

  • Extraordinary customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be a team player with a friendly and supportive attitude

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to multitask

  • Prior work experience in a medical office is a plus but not needed

Short Description

Part-Time Position

Tuesdays and Wednesday, 10am - 6pm
Option to add more hours in future

Compensation

$20 per hour
