He received Process Acupressure sessions for several years, which lead to a Process Acupressure class in 2000. This opened the door to classes in Acupressure, Tui Na Massage, Process Acupressure, Zero Balancing and even Shamanism. He started a Tui Na and Acupressure practice in 2002. His studies continued, and the first milestone he achieved was the award of the Diplomate of Asian Bodywork Therapy (Dipl. A.B.T. (NCCAOM)) in 2004.
That was the first national exam he passed, and it was followed immediately by work towards a Master of Medical Qi Gong which morphed into the masters program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University. He graduated in 2010. Shortly after graduation, the state of California licensed him as an acupuncturist and the NCCAOM named me a Diplomate of Acupuncture.
