Busy Wellness Center established over 18 years in downtown San Mateo. Specialty in Women's Health; Fertility, Pre and Post Natal Care.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic office manager for our busy Womens Wellness Center in downtown San Mateo. Candidate should be organized, professional and team oriented. Warm and personable disposition is essential. Some medical office experience is desired but not required, we are willing to train the right person. This is a long-term position. Job Description: -Manage daily office operations -Greet and welcome patients, oversee customer service -Assist with smooth flow of appointments -escort patients to treatment rooms, clean rooms, maintain orderly environment - Discuss and arrange payments -Post and collect payments and patient information -Patient scheduling and confirmation calls -Verify insurance eligibility and benefits -Insurance info data entry


Computer Skills (preferred but not required) : • Microsoft Office • QuickBooks • Outlook • Word • Excel • Use of a web browser • Office Ally Must have excellent communication skills and speak English fluently.

Short Description

There will be two positions available in the next several months, one full-time and one part-time. 

Hours may be flexible with prior arrangement, totaling 20-40 hours a week with prior agreement upon hiring. Compensation is based on experience, minimum starting pay is $18-20 an hour with extensive opportunity for advancement and pay increase after initial trial period is completed.
